These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of hydren.store and to every purchase you make from Hydren (“Hydren”, “we”, “us”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with how it works.

2. Our products and safe use

Hydren is a portable mechanical water filter for freshwater sources only: rivers, streams, lakes, rainwater and tap water. Based on manufacturer testing, its 0.1-micron membrane is designed to filter 99.99% of waterborne bacteria and parasites, plus microplastics and sediment.

Hydren does not remove viruses, salt, dissolved chemicals, heavy metals, fuel or algal toxins. Do not use it with seawater, pool water, or water that may contain fuel, chemicals, sewage or industrial runoff. Always choose the cleanest source available and follow the instructions included with the product.

Hydren is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. It is a backup and does not replace official emergency water supplies. In any emergency, follow the advice of your local health and emergency authorities. You are responsible for choosing your water source and using the product as instructed.

3. Product information and pricing

We try to show products, colours, specifications and prices accurately. Images are for illustration, and small differences may occur. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

4. Offers and promotions

Offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free apply as described on the product page while they run and are applied automatically at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined with other discounts, have no cash value and may end or change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund any payment in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Taxes and duties are handled as shown at checkout.

6. Shipping, title and risk

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Your 30-day money-back guarantee and lifetime warranty are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. They are in addition to, and do not limit, any rights you have under consumer law in your country.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful. You give us a free, worldwide licence to use, show and share it in connection with Hydren, including on our site and in ads. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Hydren name and logo, and all text, images, videos and designs on this site, belong to Hydren or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Our site may link to, or use, services run by other companies, such as payment providers and carriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hydren is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss caused by using the product against these Terms or the product instructions. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims or losses that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products or site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Hydren is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place an order applies to that order.
